Seen (actually very hard to miss) roaming about in Place Jacques Cartier in Vieux Montreal with balloons at the ready. Kids are first attracted by the colouful costume, then mesmerized as he turns a handful of balloons into a variety of animals. Place Jacques Cartier is the bustling square in Old Montreal, just above the Old Port.
