Montreal has a wide array of great golf courses, tucked away into different areas throughout the city. There are over twelve to choose from on the islands of Montreal and Laval, including Meadowbrook, Metrepolitan, Golf Dorval and the Village de Senneville. Surrounding the island you'll find dozens more, all within a short distance. This includes our favorite, Golf des Iles, on Ile de Boucherville, just to the south east of the city. The Eastern Townships and the Laurentians, two of Montreal's surrounding regions, offer seventy more courses just to ensure you don't get bored. Mont Tremblant's Diable is one of the finest courses in the east, with people coming from all over to take in a game on the spectacular fairways. If you're in the area, you might also want to play a round at the Royal Laurentian and the excellent course at Gray Rocks. In the Townships, one of the most popular areas is Bromont, which boasts three excellent courses. The nearby Chateau Bromont will be waiting to pamper you at the end of the day, with its fine dining and first class accommodations.
