Restaurants and Bars in Central Ontario North
 
  No outdoor playground is complete without great restaurants and night life and of course the North Central Region won't disappoint you. Right across the region you'll find food to delight any palette, from the Restaurant at South Grey Inn, in Walkerton, to the family dining at Smuggler's Cove Restaurant in Wasaga Beach. Of course the Muskokas are famous for their fine restaurants, particularly those in the areas stately resorts, such as the Rosseau Dining Room at Windermere House or the Makinaw at the Delewana Inn.  
 
 

As the popularity of other cultures cuisine spreads restaurants are appearing serving Greek, Mexican, Vietnamese and Thai dishes. While this fare is found mostly in the larger centres, don't rule out discovering some gem serving these specialties in the regions smaller villages.

Of course, there is standard fare available throughout the region, with excellent steak and seafood houses. You'll also find lots of casual restaurants and bars as well, including the every popular brew pubs which are popping up just about everywhere.
