Accommodations & Restaurants in Saskatchewan
  Regina and Saskatoon come to mind whenever anybody talks of fine dining and accommodations in Saskatchewan. As a matter of fact, it used to be that there weren't that many options outside of the big cities. Fortunately that's changed. Most of the major hotel chains are represented throughout the province. With the trend towards quaint, bed and breakfast establishments, Saskatchewan has a real edge, since many of the beautiful old farm houses make perfect B&Bs. As far as dining goes, even in the smaller centers you'll find some excellent fare, including Chinese and Japanese cuisine. If you find your self in Saskatoon, drop into the Bistro Dansk which seems to be everybody's favorite Danish restaurant in Saskatchewan. Of course you shouldn't overlook the local offerings, particularly the venison. Finally, don't leave the province without having one good meal of perogies, served up in more ways than you could imagine. You won't find better ones anywhere in North America.
